ED HFA Engages Benue-Born Abuja-Based Engineers, Lawyers; Charges Them on Professionalism, Prudence and Justice
As solidarity visits continue to flow at the Federal Housing Authority with respect to the well-deserved appointment of Dr. Vincent Iorja Gisaor as the Executive Director of Housing Finance and Account. He continuously makes call on Nigerian citizens to impact positively on the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
Recently, Dr. Vincent Iorja Gisaor, has called on the Benue-born, Abuja-based engineers to uphold professionalism, prudence and integrity in the discharge of their duties to prevent building collapse arising from engineering faults and negligence.
Dr. Gisaor made the call when the Managing Director of Tokomi Nigeria Limited, Abuja, Engr. Michael Ikpa, paid him a courtesy visit at his office at the Federal Housing Authority, Abuja.
The Executive Director charged building engineers across the country to support the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR in providing decent and affordable housing for Nigerians, stressing the need for quality workmanship and strict adherence to professional standards in the construction industry.
Similarly, Dr. Gisaor urged lawyers to demonstrate prudence, professionalism and integrity in their practice, particularly in court proceedings, to ensure that justice is delivered fairly and promptly. He noted that prolonged justice could amount to denial of justice and called on members of the legal profession to uphold fairness and ensure that justice is served to all parties.
Interacting with a delegations of Benue-born, Abuja-based lawyers led by Barr. Aondover Ikyobo Esq., and the team of Benue-born engineers, the Executive Director urged them to remain good ambassadors of Benue State in their chosen professions and contribute positively to the development of Benue State and the country. He urged them to support Governor Alia’s administration saying, he is on the right pedestal of development.
The Associate Professor of Economics and legal luminary expressed appreciation for the visits and reaffirmed his commitment to delivering on the mandate of the Federal Housing Authority in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
